Automatic Refunds (Failed Generations)
If an icon generation fails due to a server-side error, the 10 credits are automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part.
Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will retain access to subscription features until the period ends.
- Unused subscription credits are not refunded upon cancellation.
One-Time Credit Purchases
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Quality Issues
AI-generated icons may vary in quality. We do not guarantee that every generation will meet your expectations. However, if you experience consistent technical issues (repeated failures, corrupted images, or service outages), please contact us and we will review your case for a credit refund or account credit.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@icovela.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in account suspension. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly.
